We maintain unyielding standards (both USDA's and our own) to assure consistent superior quality throughout. Our premium beef is naturally aged in a temperature controlled environment. This costly extra step assures you that your steaks reach optimum tenderness and full, rich flavor. Our experts cut and hand-trim the aged premium steaks and chops to the strictest specifications in the industry. Steaks are then packaged in vacuum-sealed pouches to preserve the high quality to which our customers are accustomed.

We begin the same way with our pork products. We select from only those pork producers using improved breeding and feeding practices. These factors have led to exceptionally flavorful pork products, while improving the lean ratio. The end result? Pork has become a superb choice for lean and delicious protein.
