Our premium beef is naturally aged in a temperature and humidity controlled environment. This extra costly step assures your steaks reach optimum tenderness and full, rich flavor. Our experts cut and hand-trim the aged premium steaks and chops to the strictest specifications in the industry. Steaks are then packaged in vacuum sealed pouches to preserve the high quality to which our customers are accustomed.
